Do you rent mobile homes?
All the homes in our park are resident-owned. Our park offers Rent to Own instead of regular rentals. We partner with a dealership in Muskogee to bring brand-new 2023 homes into the park. Tenants are set up on a payment plan to buy the home from the dealership.

Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Our park is pet friendly and we do not charge pet deposits. We do not allow aggressive breed dogs, including: Pit bulls, German shepherds, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Mastiffs, and Siberian huskies. You are responsible for making sure your pet is contained and behaved.
Where are you located?
106 S. Taylor Ave. Wagoner, OK. We're between located between Highway 69 and Downtown Wagoner, across the street from Casey's gas station.
Are you near the lake?
We are in the City of Wagoner, 10 minutes from lake Ft. Gibson.
How much do utilities cost?
The total cost of utilities for a single wide mobile home will cost between $75-$150/month, depending on how much water and electricity you use. If you are in an RV, Fifth Wheel, or Camper, utilities are included in your rent.
Is the park safe in a safe area?
Yes! We have had no known issues with police or crime inside the park. Many of our residents are 55+ and feel comfortable and safe living here. Some have even lived with us for over 20 years!
Is the park noisy or rowdy?
No. We have strict noise and behavior guidelines. Again, many of our residents are 55+ and feel comfortable and safe living here.
Can I buy a used mobile home?
