To rent a lot for your Mobile Home, RV, Fifth Wheel, Camper
Move-In Credit Program
Qualified residents who purchase an eligible manufactured home from a licensed manufactured-home dealership may receive up to $2,500 toward approved home setup expenses. Rather than providing a cash payment or reimbursement, Whitetail Grove will pay approved contractors or service providers directly for eligible work. Eligible expenses may include:

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered:

The home must be a 2024 model year or newer.

The home must be purchased from a licensed manufactured-home dealership.

The home and resident must be approved for placement in Whitetail Grove.

All work and expenses must receive written approval from Whitetail Grove before work begins or costs are incurred.
Program approval and credit amounts are subject to eligibility, available program funds, site conditions, contractor availability, and Whitetail Grove’s approval.
The maximum total credit is $2,500 per qualifying home. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and will not be paid directly to the resident. Additional restrictions may apply.

Do you rent mobile homes?
All the homes in our park are resident-owned. Whitetail Grove has a partnership with a mobile home dealership, which allows residents to purchase a brand new home on monthly payments and place it in our park.
Residents are set up on a payment plan to buy a brand new mobile home through the dealership. The homes are brought into the park as residents are approved, to avoid having vacant houses in the park.
You will need a minimum credit score and a down payment to qualify. This program will not work with rental assistance programs like Oklahoma Housing or Cherokee Housing. Call our office for more details: 918-614-1980
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Our park is pet friendly and we do not charge pet deposits. We do not allow aggressive breed dogs, including: Pit bulls, German shepherds, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Mastiffs, and Siberian huskies. You are responsible for making sure your pet is contained and behaved.
Where are you located?
106 S. Taylor Ave. Wagoner, OK. We're between located between Highway 69 and Downtown Wagoner, across the street from Casey's gas station.
Are you near the lake?
We are in the City of Wagoner, 10 minutes from lake Ft. Gibson.
How much do utilities cost?
The total cost of utilities for a single wide mobile home will cost between $100-$200/month, depending on how much water and electricity you use. They are billed directly to tenants by the City of Wagoner and ONG. If you are in an RV, Fifth Wheel, or Camper, water, sewer, and electric are included in your rent.
Is the park safe in a safe area?
Yes! We have had no known issues with police or crime inside the park. Many of our residents are 55+ and feel comfortable and safe living here. Some have even lived with us for over 20 years!
Is the park noisy or rowdy?
No. We have strict noise and behavior guidelines. Again, many of our residents are 55+ and feel comfortable and safe living here.
Can I buy a used mobile home?
Yes! Many dealerships and private individuals offer used models for sale. Call our office for more details: 918-614-1980
